Our beloved former Music Director Zubin Mehta is one of the world’s most widely recorded and acclaimed Brahms conductors. He brings a lifetime of passionate performances to illuminate Brahms’ multifaceted cast of orchestral marvels – four symphonies and four concertos, each with its own inspired musical personality. Mehta celebrated his 80th birthday with his friends Pinchas Zukerman and Amanda Forsyth in Brahms’ Double Concerto, and they join him again for this cycle, along with powerhouse pianist Yefim Bronfman.
