Soprano ALESSANDRA MARC has received international acclaim as one of the most outstanding vocal artists of our day. She has made highly acclaimed debuts at the Metropolitan Opera, Vienna State Opera, Chicago Lyric Opera, San Francisco Opera, Rome Opera, Hamburg State Opera, and the Bavarian State Opera in Munich. Her concert performances have taken her all over the world under many of the most eminent conductors of our era including Daniel Barenboim, Giuseppe Sinopoli, Sir Georg Solti, Zubin Mehta, Michael Tilson Thomas, Riccardo Chailly, Seiji Ozawa, Christoph von Dohnányi, Charles Dutoit, Edo de Waart, and Franz Welser-Möst. In addition, Marc has performed highly successful recitals throughout the United States and in London, as well as appearing at the White House at the personal invitation of President George Bush.
