AMIR TALAI (Angie the Ox/Joey Biltmore) His first audition after high school was for Les Misérables. Richard Jay-Alexander said he was good, but not ready. Fourteen years later, they met again, and Amir nearly performed in Les Miz at the Bowl, but was instead cast in CBS’ The Ex List, which was beloved by Amir’s friends and no one else. The third time’s a charm – Amir is thrilled to finally be working with Richard on one of the all-time greatest musicals (he played Nathan his sophomore year – didn’t we all?).

Amir was recently seen in Can-Can at Pasadena Playhouse (Ovation nomination), but you probably know him as that guy from that commercial. Other screen credits include Campus Ladies, The Comeback, the Seth MacFarlane cartoons, and the host of an unforgettable party in Harold and Kumar 2. His passions are poker, Tivo, and green living.
