YOGEN BHAGAT, Choreographer and Artistic Director of BOLLYWOOD STEP DANCE, started his dancing career at the young age of three in Mumbai, India. Now based in Los Angeles, he is the only Bollywood Choreographer to bring the authentic Bollywood Dance style to captivated audiences across North America. Having trained in Bollywood, he has worked with many A-list Bollywood celebrities including Hrithik Roshan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwariya Rai in film, television, live stage shows and world tours.

In addition to being recognized and awarded for his choreography and working with both Hollywood and Bollywood Celebrities, Yogen and his Troupe have built a high-profile portfolio, including appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, E! News, Melrose Place, Hollywood Bowl, The Food Network, and much more. In addition, Yogen has been covered by national entertainment periodicals including Variety, The Hollywood Reporter and In Style. He has been the leading name of choice for corporate events for companies such as Wizcraft, Tata, Prime Focus, Kaiser Permanente, TED, and the NBA.

In the summer of 2010, Yogen became the first choreographer to bring Bollywood to the Disney Parks, producing over 200 live stage shows at Disney’s California Adventure.

Yogen Bhagat also teaches dance classes and exclusive workshops throughout Southern California. His dance classes have thrived, with students winning awards each year at competitions across the Southland.
