DEANNA REEVES began her training in classical ballet at Pasadena Dance Theatre where she debuted principal roles in the original works of Cynthia Young (Ballet West), Laurence Blake (Joffrey Ballet), Jeffrey Gerodias (Alvin Ailey), Leslie Carothers (Joffrey Ballet), and Glenn Edgerton (Netherlands Dance Theatre and Hubbard Street, director). Her ballet training at PDT established Deanna's technical foundations which led her to New York City to attend the Alvin Ailey School where she broadened her abilities with the Horton and the Martha Graham technique
After moving to New York, Deanna expanded her training to include JFH, contemporary, jazz, tap, and theatre dance at other top NY studios. Her versatility was immediately recognized by one of New York's leading talent agencies, with whom she continues to work in both New York and Los Angeles. Deanna's recent highlights include Clinique's Chubby Stick commercial directed by David Lachapelle, dancing in Eugene Onegin with the LA Opera, and performing alongside Bruno Mars on the Macy's Glamorama tour.
