JOSEPH MEDALIS has performed leading roles at the Mark Taper, Lincoln Center, Houston Alley, Oregon and L.A. Shakespeare Festivals, LATC, Ford Theatre in Washington, D.C., Stanford Repertory (two seasons), and toured nationally with New York’s famed Paper Bag Players. Feature films include Sister Act, Endangered Species, True Confessions, Making Love, Dead and Buried, and Kentucky Fried Movie. Numerous TV appearances include 3rd Rock From the Sun, That 70s Show, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, 413 Hope St. , recurring guest star on Homefront, Ben Stiller Show, Culture Clash, Taxi, L.A. Law, Newhart, Dallas, Hill Street Blues, specials Cosmic Slop, Billionaire Boy’s Club, World War III, Friendly Fire, and Roots.
Recent musicals include Sugar as Osgood Fielding for Fullerton CLO; My Fair Lady as Pickering for Pacific Coast CLO Huntington Beach and Music Theatre of Southern California San Gabriel; Lt. Brannigan in Guys and Dolls for Cathy Rigby’s La Mirada Theatre; West Side Story as Doc for Theatre League; and Oliver as Brownlow for Austin (Texas) Musical Theatre.
