MARY CATHERINE HUGHES, (Louisa) a Memphis, TN native, is new to LA, but no stranger to theatre. She is honored to be making her Hollywood Bowl debut. Her regional appearances include Annie (Annie), Peter Pan (Wendy), The Best Christmas Pageant Ever (Beth), Wizard of Oz, Godspell, Oliver!, and A Christmas Carol. Stagedoor Manor, NY: Once Upon a Mattress (Princess Winnifred, awarded Outstanding Performance in a Lead Role), Suessical (JoJo), and Our Time Cabaret (Soloist). She also performed in the Childrens's Chorus for the National Broadway Touring Company of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, starring Jon Secada, at The Orpheum Theatre, Memphis. She appeared in Memphis Women & Fried Chicken at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland last summer, and has sung The National Anthem for The Memphis Xplorers Arena Football League Team.
