WILLIAM DENNIS HUNT (Detective) is pleased to be making his second appearance at the Bowl, having performed in A Midsummer Night’s Dream with A Noise Within and the Los Angeles Philharmonic under the baton of Esa-Pekka Salonen in 2004. He is a Resident Artist at A Noise Within, where he has performed in over 30 productions, including Mourning Becomes Electra, A Christmas Carol, As You Like It, Dear Brutus, Coriolanus, and Trelawney of the Wells. He is a company member at Will Geer’s Theatricum Botanicum, where he is currently appearing in The Cherry Orchard. Previous work at Theatricum includes Long Day’s Journey Into Night, Omnium Gatherum, King Lear, You Never Can Tell, and Dracula, among others. Hunt has received Drama-Logue, Back Stage West, LA Weekly, and LA Drama Critics Circle awards for his work. Film and television appearances include Evan Almighty, Dragonfly, Bugsy, Chaplin, Cold Case, Frasier, LA Law, Major Dad, NYPD Blue, Alias, and Judging Amy, among many others. His work is dedicated to his beloved offspring, Shannon and Aaron, and in loving memory of Gar Campbell, Trish Soodik, and John Blankenchip.
