Our Gift Cards are not only good for tickets to concerts produced by the Los Angeles Philharmonic at both Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Hollywood Bowl, they are also welcome at the LA Phil and Hollywood Bowl Stores as well as select restaurants** and concession stands (where credit cards are accepted) at the Walt Disney Concert Hall and Hollywood Bowl.

To Redeem Your Gift Card
Order concert tickets:
- Via LAPhil.com or HollywoodBowl.com with an LA Phil Account (not redeemable through Ticketmaster) – simply click "Log in to Your Account" at the top of each page.*
- By calling Audience Services at 323.850.2000*
- In person to Walt Disney Concert Hall or Hollywood Bowl box offices

Dine at select restaurants** and concessions (where credit cards are accepted) at Walt Disney Concert Hall and Hollywood Bowl
*Online and Phone Redemption Instructions:
- In order to use your LA Phil Gift Card via online and/or phone transactions you will first need to register your gift card online at www.getmybalance.com
- Once you have registered, you can use your gift card by calling Audience Services at 323.850.2000 or at either LAPhil.com or HollywoodBowl.com with an LA Phil account (not redeemable through Ticketmaster). Just simply click on the link "Login to your account" to get started.
For Gift Certificates purchased prior to June 15, 2011 – please note the following:
Gift Certificates can only be redeemed via mail or in person at the Hollywood Bowl or Walt Disney Concert Hall box offices (as stated on the certificate).
LA Phil Store cards can only be redeemed at the LA Phil Store and/or Bowl Store.
