You can hear the highly anticipated performance of sensational young conductor Gustavo Dudamel leading the Los Angeles Philharmonic at Walt Disney Concert Hall this coming weekend.

This joint production of American Public Media and KUSC will be co-hosted by Fred Child (of Performance Today) and Gail Eichenthal (from KUSC).

Tune in to Classical KUSC 91.5 FM this Sunday at 2 pm for a live broadcast featuring music by Debussy and Ravel, plus Bart'ok's Violin Concerto No. 2 with virtuoso Leila Josefowicz (details below). The production will also be streamed on KUSC's website and remain available online for a week.

Also, during the week of April 7-11, popular classical music program Performance Today - distributed nationally by American Public Media - will salute the Los Angeles Philharmonic with daily features including performances from past LA Phil concerts as well as a rebroadcast of the April 6th program with Gustavo Dudamel (Bart'ok and Debussy only). Performance Today is carried locally by KUSC at midnight each evening.
