How to Renew

Log in to my LA Phil Account

If you are a Walt Disney Concert Hall subscriber your subscriber ID can be found on the renewal invoice mailed to you.

Renew by Phone - 323.850.2000

Daily, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Same seats and series only. All requests for changes must be in writing, by mail, fax or online.

Renew by Fax

Fax both sides of your completed renewal form any time to 213.972.7560. Due to the high volume, we cannot confirm receipt of faxes. Please use a black or dark blue ink pen. Credit card orders only. If you renew by fax, please do not return your renewal invoice by mail.

Tips for Subscribing

  • Renew by April 5th 2011 to maintain your priority status.
  • Provide alternate choices for series and seating locations. If subscribing online, list alternate choices in the "Comments" section. If your requested seating section is unavailable, we will assign the next best available section and refund any difference in price.
  • Keep a record of your order, so you know when your series begins. Your tickets will be mailed to you in August. Changes cannot be made after your series has begun.
  • Want to make a change? Most people keep their same seats, so finding preferred locations in popular series can be a challenge.
  • IMPORTANT!
    Payment is due with your order. Checks and credit card charges will be deposited upon receipt. Your cancelled check or credit card statement is acknowledgement of payment. Your order will not be processed without payment.
  • Subscriber seating
    The LA Phil reserves the right during the renewal process or during the concert season to adjust seat locations based on production, house or box office needs. Subscription locations are not transferable.
  • Children’s attendance policy
    No child under 6 years old will be admitted to classical, world music, jazz or contemporary music concerts presented by LA Phil at Walt Disney Concert Hall.
