The music of Mozart opens this series, with Gustavo Dudamel conducting the Los Angeles Philharmonic and renowned clarinetist Martin Fröst. Charles Dutoit, who has made some of the greatest Ravel recordings ever, leads our celebration of the French master. Former LA Phil Music Director Zubin Mehta guides the orchestra and pianist Khatia Buniatishvili in an evening of Mozart and Bruckner, and James Conlon leads an exhilarating program featuring a new organ concerto by Nico Muhly. The season closes with Mitsuko Uchida joining Dudamel and the LA Phil for an evening of Schumann's only piano concerto and his Second Symphony.
