About this Artist
Tai Ryan White is a visionary choreographer, creative director, and movement coach whose work blends artistry, purpose, and global influence. Born in New York, raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, and now based in Los Angeles since 2015, Tai’s dance journey began at age three when a Japanese exchange student recognized his innate talent. At 16, while navigating serious health challenges, dance reignited his purpose, leading him to train under the acclaimed Suzanne Pomerantzeff.
Known for his dynamic versatility, Tai has performed and created work across the globe—including Nigeria, Congo, South America, and Iran—and collaborated with world-renowned artists such as Beyoncé (Black Is King), Kanye West (Mother’s Day Sunday Service), John Legend, J-Hope & Becky G, KAYTRANADA, Mc Lyte, and Raheem DeVaughn. His work spans music videos, hologram films, commercials, and live performances.
Tai is classically trained and teaches internationally, offering choreography, creative direction, and movement development to students and professionals alike. A deeply spiritual artist, he views his work as a divine calling—infused with love, resilience, and a belief in art as a catalyst for change.
