Comprised of musicians Mary Alfaro Velasco, Jesús Gudiño and Ray Gudiño, this multi-generational ensemble performs classic boleros in the vein of the great tríos románticos like Los Tres Ases, Los Tres Reyes, Los Tres Caballeros, Los Dandys, Los Panchos, among others. Their goal is to preserve the trío romántico tradition in its highest form and to shine a light on the diverse bolero canon, performing timeless pieces by bolero artists and composers of different backgrounds and experiences. They aim to share this music with different generations of bolero lovers at all types of events throughout the L.A. community and beyond.

In addition to performing regularly throughout the country, members of Voz Bohemia are also actively involved in songwriting, studio recording, and music education.
