About this Artist

Lucy Alo Acuña (she/her) is a teacher and artist from Cerritos, California. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati where she studied theater and later received her certificate in teaching. Since graduating, she has taught in various classrooms within the ABC Unified School District and was a part of a musical production of Miss Saigon at Short North Stage. She is currently co-directing a community production of Seussical Jr. with her former theater teachers from elementary and high school!

In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends watching shows, traveling, and doing arts and crafts.
