About this Artist
GYOPO is a collective of diasporic Korean cultural producers and arts professionals generating and sharing progressive, critical, intersectional and intergenerational discourses, community alliances, and free educational programs in Los Angeles and beyond. GYOPO organizes lectures, panel discussions, symposia, screenings, readings, workshops, social gatherings, institutional partnerships, community outreach, exhibitions, and publications. GYOPO is a dynamic space of collective learning and expansion. Creative practice, discourse, and exchange for and by us fosters our values of exploration, collaboration, and liberation.
