MATTHEW ELKINS (Archdale / Coroner) is currently the Producing Director for a new Los Angeles theater company, Rogue Machine. He produced their inaugural production, the award-winning Compleat Female Stage Beauty by Jeffrey Hatcher, and co-directed and produced the Los Angeles premiere of Diana Son’s Stop Kiss, which opened July 9th. He also directed Raised in Captivity in the Pacific Resident Theatre Co-op. On stage, Elkins has been seen in A Chorus of Disapproval (Odyssey Theatre) and Happy End and Turn of the Screw at Pacific Resident Theatre. Other acting credits include Comedy of Errors and The Winter’s Tale (Utah Shakespearean Festival); Look Homeward Angel, Hay Fever, and The Crucible (Asolo Theatre Company); Indulgences in the Louisville Harem (Kennedy Center); Nunsense A-Men! and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (American Stage); Two Gentlemen of Verona and Three Musketeers (American Globe, NYC); and NBC’s ER. He earned his MFA in Acting from the FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training and is a proud member of Actors Equity.
