LYLE KANOUSE has appeared on Broadway in City of Angels (Tony Award, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle Award as an original cast member); Chaplin, opposite Anthony Newley; and The Miser. His national tours have included Guys and Dolls, City of Angels, The Unsinkable Molly Brown (opposite Debbie Reynolds), Jesus Christ Superstar, 1776, Oklahoma!, Chess, South Pacific, Fiddler on the Roof, and As You Like It (with Sigourney Weaver). Kanouse’s television credits include work as a series regular on Delta State; recurring roles in Homicide, Two Guys and a Girl, Grace under Fire, and Dallas; and guest appearances on ER, Norm, Angel, Profile, The Division, Manhattan, AZ, Freaks and Geeks, Arrest & Trial, Time of Your Life, The Others, Brutally Normal, Beyond Belief, Coach, The Nanny, George and Leo, Men Behaving Badly, The Tonight Show, and The Martin Short Show.

Kanouse has appeared in films including Temptation, Whipped, Family Night, Dr. Benny, Kate’s Addiction, Shattered, Stitch in Time, Letters From a Killer, Forty, Big Time, Semi-Tough, Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, Yakuza Vengeance, The End of Durt Barges, Backgammon, and Universal Soldier 2.
