About this Artist

Accordant Commons is a contemporary vocal chamber music group dedicated to the performance, collaboration, and fostering of new forms of vocal writing and expression. Founded by the multifaceted vocalists Stephanie Aston and Argenta Walther, Accordant Commons curates thoughtful performances that invite the audience to experience the myriad sounds worlds of contemporary vocal chamber music and champions the work of women composers.

Accordant Commons has presented concerts throughout Southern California in tandem with MicroFest, People Inside Electronics, San Diego New Music, and completed composition residencies with Cal State Long Beach and the Los Angeles Composers Collective.
