After a January 2018 performance of Don Quixote (Nureyev), in which she danced the role of Kitri, Valentine Colasante was named Étoile of the Paris Opera Ballet.
Since then, she has added to her repertoire Variations (Lifar), Tree of Codes (McGregor), Chloé in Daphnis et Chloé (Millepied), and the title role in Cinderella, Odette/Odile in Swan Lake, and the title role in Raymonda (Nureyev). Other notable performances include Symphony in C (originally Le Palais de cristal) (Balanchine), Dadjé in La Source (Bart), Madame Hermine in Les Enfants du paradis (Martinez), In the Middle, Somewhat Elevated, and Pas/Parts (Forsythe), Effie in La Sylphide (Lacotte after Taglioni), AndréAuria (Lock), the Mistress of Lescaut in L’Histoire de Manon (MacMillan), L’Anatomie de la sensation (McGregor), Prudence in La Dame aux camélias (Neumeier), Second Shadow Variation in La Bayadère (Nureyev), Sleeping Beauty, Pas de trois and Spanish Dance in Swan Lake (Nureyev), Répliques (Paul), the Gypsy in Le Loup (Petit), and Dances at a Gathering (Robbins).
