About this Artist

Baritone Brian Calì hails from the Washington, D.C. area where he received a BM in Voice from the Catholic University of America. He will be completing his Master’s degree in Opera at UCLA in December, where he recently performed the lead in Gianni Schicchi. He has appeared in numerous roles in productions of The Summer Opera Theatre Company, the Shaker Mountain Music Festival, and the Amalfi Coast Festival, CUA Opera, and has performed numerous recitals on both coasts. He recently was accepted into the first Domingo-Thornton Young Artists Program at the LA Opera. Mr. Calì studies with Vladimir Chernov.
