About this Artist
She is deeply passionate about composing music, believing that each composition carries its own unique narrative, evokes profound emotions, and invites exploration within its sonic landscape. Her goal is to create auditory spaces that allow listeners to immerse themselves, reflect, and embark on a journey through sound.
She began her formal studies in musical composition at the Conservatori del Liceu in Barcelona before relocating to Amsterdam, where she earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in composition from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Upon graduation, she had the opportunity to collaborate on several exciting projects. She composed Friends? for the Canadian string quartet, Quatuor Bozzini, as part of the Gaudeamus Music Festival in Utrecht, NL. She also worked closely with the Nederlands Filarmonisch Orkest as the winner of the Young Composer Stipendium, a one-season internship that resulted in the creation of Medusa and Medusa Reheard. Her set of pieces for orchestra and solo soprano, Ein Glück Ohne Ruh', toured with the Nederlands Studenten Orkest, culminating in a final concert at the prestigious Het Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Most recently, she composed Aigua, a cantata for popular choir with the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra, performed at L'Auditori in Barcelona.
