Jeongmin An is a member of the first violin section of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, joining the orchestra in 2026.

She earned both her Master of Musical Arts and Master of Music degrees from the Yale School of Music, where she studied with Tai Murray. She received her Bachelor of Music from the Korea National University of Arts, where she studied with Hyun Mi Kim, and completed the pre-college diploma program at the Korea National Institute for the Gifted in Arts.

An served as Concertmaster of the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra in 2024 and 2025. She has performed with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, Asia Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Seoul International Music Festival Orchestra.

As a soloist, she has appeared with the Suwon Philharmonic Orchestra and the Korea National University of Arts Repertory Orchestra and has been featured at the Tongyeong International Music Festival, the Hyundai Motor Chung Mong-Koo Foundation Concert Series, and the Kumho Young Artist Concert Series performing in recital and chamber music.

Her honors include the Yale School of Music Alumni Association Prize and the Shinhan Music Award.
