Kevin McClellan
Kevin McClellan is an established bassist from Cincinnati, Ohio.
He received his bachelor’s in music from the College Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati. While studying at CCM, Kevin spent a semester at Unicamp in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, where he developed a passion for Brazilian folk music and samba jazz.
Building upon a love for authentic musical styles from around the globe, he went on to receive a Master’s degree in performance from CalArts, Los Angeles. Kevin’s ability to improvise and his strong sense of rhythm is what sets him apart as a musician.
