Organist David Higgs and Soprano Shana Blake Hill Perform Holiday Favorites

WHAT:

The splendor of the annual Holiday Organ Spectacular, featuring organist David Higgs, returns to Walt Disney Concert Hall on Friday, December 16, at 8:00 PM. Soprano Shana Blake Hill joins Higgs in holiday selections sure to kindle everyone’s festive spirit.

The concert combines sacred and traditional holiday music, including “Joy to the World,” “Deck the Hall,” and “O Holy Night.” The audience is encouraged to sing-along to beloved favorites such as “Hark, the Herald Angels Sing,” “O, Come All Ye Faithful,” and other holiday classics. The program also includes performances by Higgs of Bach’s Fugue in G, BWV 577 and Liszt’s Fantasia and Fugue on B-A-C-H.
