Educator Accelerator
The YOLA Educator Accelerator (previously YOLA National Symposium) is a reimagined gathering created by the LA Phil’s YOLA program to advance the work of creative youth development and music education. Building on years of experience convening the field, this program shifts from a traditional symposium to a more focused, sustainable, and impactful model.
Purpose: Equip organizations and individuals with actionable resources and ideas to empower young people as changemakers and leaders.
Approach: Intimate, goal-oriented gatherings that foster collaboration, critical thinking, and relationship-building.
Focus: Sustainability, deep impact, and holistic, community-centered growth.
Vision: Amplify voices, highlight successes, and support meaningful change across the youth music education field.
