WDCH Box Office Hours

Normal business hours (through June 6, 2020)
Tuesday-Sunday, 12-6pm (closed Mondays)

  • Open at 9am for Friday matinees and Toyota Symphonies for Youth concerts.

  • Open at 4pm on performance Mondays.

  • On concert evenings, the Box Office remains open until 30 minutes after scheduled start time.

Summer hours (beginning June 7, 2020):
Tuesday-Friday, 12-5pm (closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday)

  • Open 2 hours prior to performance.

Closed:

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Day

  • New Years Day

  • Easter

The Walt Disney Concert Hall Box Office is located on the street level at Grand Avenue and First Street.  With Box Office validation, patrons may park free for 30 minutes in the Walt Disney Concert Hall parking garage for Box Office transactions. After 4pm and on performance days, you may be required to pay a cash deposit.

Payment Methods and Transaction Details

Cash, checks, and major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) are accepted. All ticket sales are final. No refunds can be made on ticket purchases.

  • You may donate your tickets, for which a tax deduction receipt will be provided if the seats are resold.

Public Health Advisory

In accordance with “Safer at Home” orders by Governor Gavin Newsom, Los Angeles County, and Mayor Eric Garcetti to limit the spread of COVID-19, Walt Disney Concert Hall events have been canceled through May 10.

Anyone who has already purchased tickets to these concerts will automatically receive an account credit that can be used to:

  • Exchange your tickets for any 2019/20 or future 2020/21 season performance or LA Phil-presented concert in the Hollywood Bowl 2020 season. All exchange fees will be waived.
  • Exchange your tickets for a credit applied towards your account.
  • Donate your tickets and receive a tax deduction for the total ticket value.
  • Receive a refund for the value of your ticket.
