Nicole Miller
Laser light installation, Transition brings artist Nicole Miller together with musicians Lady Jess and Kyshona Armstrong to explore the synthesis of color, shape, and language. The trio aims to transform the representational into a powerful and affecting abstraction. Inspired both by Wassily Kandinsky’s artist book Sounds and her and her collaborators’ connections with the African American spiritual tradition, Miller's work seeks to bring to life the ecstatic aesthetic of the Weimar period through contemporary eyes.
On display in Walt Disney Concert Hall's BP Hall from Feb 10-16, 10AM-2PM Monday-Saturday
