Silvia Pérez Cruz is one of the most astonishing voices of the last years; as Jorge Drexler puts it, “a voice that marks a whole generation”. Singer and composer, Sílvia has eight recordings as soloist, has performed with numerous artists internationally, and she frequently interacts with other artistic disciplines such as dance, cinema, theatre or poetry.

She has been often awarded with several different prizes, such as Goya Film Award best original song (“Ai, ai, ai”, 2017), theatre Max Award  best composition for a scene play (Grito pelao, 2019) or the National Modern Music Award (2022), for the “creativity and quality of her career, her spontaneity, versatility and audacity of her projects and her unbreakable commitment with beauty”, among others.

In April 2023 she released Toda la vida, un día (Sony Music Spain), her most recent recording, in which also sang Natalia Lafourcade or Salvador Sobral, among others. Silvia has presented this recording in mora than 80 concerts in 2023 and 2024, touring many countries in Europe, South America, Asia (mainly Japan) and the United States of America.

Also in 2024, she has performed in Snarky Puppy’s concerts in New York and Washington, where she recorded for the famous Tiny Desk.
Silvia has recently performed in several shows with the project Territorios together with Liliana Herrero and María Gadú, has toured Europe and the US with Damien Rice, done several concerts with Brazilian artist Zé Ibarra and has joined a symphonic orchestra for two different programs, among other projects. Her collaboration in two songs with the last Residente recording, Las letras ya no importan (Sony Music, 2024), offer an accurate portrait of her projection and versatility, which in addition has granted her first Latin Grammy nomination (Best Song of the Year with Residente and Penélope Cruz, for “313”). 

In November 2024 Silvia released her new album, Lentamente, with Argentinian guitarist Juan Falú, a project that will again tour the main venues in Spain and Argentina during November and December of 2024.
