El Gallo Dez
‘El Gallo’ Dez was born and raised in Pico Rivera, California. Coming from a long generation of mariachi musicians, he began performing at 5 years old. Although mariachi has been the foundation of his musical interest, DEZ has shown his versatility through a variety of genres including, jazz, R&B, Pop, and Rock, and has now added Tejano music with his single ‘Rogando Por Tu Amor’; co-written and produced by Tejano legend and icon, Shelly Lares. He has shared the stage with Latin legends including Angelica Maria, Jose Hernandez De Mariachi Sol De México, Fernando De La Mara, Manuela Torres, Chucho Lopez, and even a tribute honoring Latin composer Eduardo Magallanes.
