Mariachi Lindas Mexicanas
Mariachi Lindas Mexicanas was founded in Boyle Heights, California in 2007 by musical director Maricela Martinez, a musician with over 20 years of experience in the mariachi business. Maricela comes from a long family tradition of mariachi musicians from Jalisco, Mexico where she has been a member of the most prestigious Mariachis on both sides of the border. Mariachi Linda Mexicanas have performed, collaborated and been featured in several high profile projects including a Latin GRAMMY’s performance with Mon Laferte, Martha Stewart’s & Snoop Dogg’s cookout, Red Bull Music Academy, Netflix, and Phillip Lim among many others. Mariachi Linda Mexicanas aims to share this tradition with younger generations all over the world.
