They’ve been compared to the Rockettes for precision, to the American Ballet for grace and style, and to a house party for their relaxed atmosphere. Renowned throughout California as one of the premier Irish step dancing groups, the San Francisco-based KENNELLY IRISH DANCERS – led by director, Irish dance teacher, choreographer, and musician Patricia Kennelly – has performed at many well-known festivals and has won awards across the United States, Canada, and Ireland – including the 1999 North American Irish Dance Championships.
