Kieran Chung (they/he) is a senior at Harvard-Westlake School. They enjoy exploring many different styles of music, both traditional and modern, and one of their life goals is to learn how to play at least one member of each instrument family. They study composition with Dr. Ian Krouse, violin with Lindsay Deutsch, and conducting with Dr. Sara Shakliyan. They are in their high school's choir, a cappella jazz ensemble, and drumline, and their compositions have been performed by their school's choir and instrumental ensemble, as well as at Sunset ChamberFest in June. Outside of music, they enjoy writing, math, competing in classical jeopardy, and overanalyzing TV shows.
