Digital Tickets

Tickets have gone paperless! Use this guide to learn how to access and share your digital tickets.

For the quickest and simplest entrance into Walt Disney Concert Hall, we strongly recommend using your phone to add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before you arrive.

You can add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet any time before your performance. Barcodes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet tickets will appear automatically as soon as they become available.

You can also show barcodes in the web browser starting two weeks before your performance date.

Accessing your tickets on the app

Finding your purchased tickets & adding tickets to Apple/Google Wallet or as QR code

Download the LA Phil App from the App Store or Google Play (If you already have the app installed, make sure you're running the latest version)

Log in using your LA Phil credentials

Select your upcoming performance from the "My Concerts" tab

From there, you'll be able to use the app to share your tickets, add them to Apple Wallet or Google Pay, or choose "View QR Code" when you're at the doors ready to scan in.

If you chose to add to your Apple or Google Wallet, select "Add" or "Add All" to add the tickets to your Apple Wallet or "View in App" to save tickets to the Google Play app.

Wait to be at the venue when choosing "View QR Code" to show a barcode within the app and scan in with an usher

Sharing and unsharing tickets on the app

From the My Concerts tab, select "Share Ticket" to send your tickets to friends or family

Select "Share Tickets"

Select the tickets you'd like to share

You can share tickets via any app on your phone

Including text message and email!

To unshare a ticket you've shared previously, select "unshare" from the ticketing menu

Select the ticket you'd like to unshare, tap "Unshare Tickets," and the ticket will return to your account

Managing Tickets with the LA Phil Website

Accessing your tickets on the website

Finding your purchased tickets & adding tickets to Apple/Google Wallet or as QR code

Log in at my.laphil.com to access and share your tickets

Select "Manage Tickets" for your upcoming event

Select "Access Tickets" to download your tickets

You can add your tickets to Apple/Google Wallet, or view them as a barcode

Use the checkboxes to select the tickets you'd like to download

"Add to Apple/Google Wallet" will download the ticket to your mobile wallet

"Show barcode" will pull up your ticket on a mobile browser

Sharing and unsharing tickets with the website

Log in with your LA Phil username and password at my.laphil.com

Select "Manage Tickets" for your performance

Select "Share Tickets"

Use the checkboxes to select the tickets you'd like to share and select "Generate Share Link"

This will create a unique link you can use to share your tickets. Select "Copy Link" to send the ticket link, or send via email

You can share tickets via any app on your phone

Including text message...

... and email!

Select "I've Finished Sharing" to finish the process

To unshare a ticket you've share previously, select "Share/Unshare Tickets"

Us the checkboxes to select the ticket(s) you'd like unshare

Select "Unshare" and the tickets will return to your account

Accepting a ticket shared with you

To accept a ticket from a link that's been shared with you, enter your email address

If you already have an LA Phil account, you'll be asked to enter your password

If you don't have an LA Phil account, you'll be prompted to create one

Once you've logged in, the tickets will be automatically transferred to your account!
