The first program of our Composer Salonen concerts features beloved cellist Yo-Yo Ma giving the West Coast premiere of Salonen’s Cello Concerto. Our Conductor Laureate, Esa-Pekka Salonen, completes the program with one of Beethoven’s most exciting symphonies.
