About the LA Phil
The LA Phil offers live performances, media initiatives, and learning programs that inspire and strengthen communities in Los Angeles and beyond.
Los Angeles Philharmonic
The Los Angeles Philharmonic is our world-class, genre-defying orchestra. Our orchestra embodies LA’s adventurous artistic spirit, cross-cultural curiosity, and love of the traditional and the new.
The Ford
For over 100 years, The Ford has featured a variety of performances, from punk rock to Shakespeare. Today, the LA Phil presents music, dance, theater, comedy, and film in its open-air amphitheater.
Hollywood Bowl
One of the largest natural amphitheaters in the world, the Hollywood Bowl has hosted everyone from The Beatles to Igor Stravinsky. The LA Phil presents hundreds of concerts each year on its historic stage.
Walt Disney Concert Hall
Designed by architect Frank Gehry, Walt Disney Concert Hall is our orchestra’s winter home and host to hundreds of concerts presented each year by the LA Phil.
YOLA (Youth Orchestra Los Angeles)
YOLA is the LA Phil’s flagship youth music program, providing young people with free instruments, music instruction, and opportunities to perform in their communities and around the world.
Judith and Thomas L. Beckmen YOLA Center (BYC)
Opened in Inglewood in August 2021, the 25,000-square-foot, Frank Gehry-designed Beckmen YOLA Center serves as the home of YOLA's latest site and provides a place to gather for YOLA musicians from across Los Angeles.
