About This Performance

For one shining moment, Ravel and Gershwin met each other at a New York party in 1928, where they expressed their deep mutual admiration and passion for jazz. Now, two brilliant French artists (and Philharmonic regulars) keep that connection alive with this latter-day meeting of the minds.

This is an exclusive Invitational Rehearsal.
Friends and Patrons of the LA Phil at the $150 Sonata level and higher are invited to enjoy our popular Invitational Rehearsals given by the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
