About this Performance

The talented young musicians of AYS perform a program surrounded by French favorites from Ravel and Saint-Saëns. One of America’s most frequently performed composers, Pulitzer Prize winner Jennifer Higdon, is represented by her All Things Majestic, inspired by Grand Teton National Park. Charles Yang will perform a world premiere of the Violin Concerto by L.A. native Kris Bowers, known for his film scores (Green Book), video games (Madden NFL), and much more.
